Flowers, white peach, green apples, and pears are ripe, sweet, and vibrant, with a citrusy, chalky finish. The blend is 55 Sauvignon Blanc, and 45% Sauvignon Gris. Drink from 2025-2030. 90 Pts.

White peach and pear flavours, good juicy stone fruits, nice kick of slate with plenty of structure through the palate, held in place by tension and grip. Harvest August 25 to 28. Ludovic Decoster owner and winemaker, 42hl/h yields, 2.4ha plot, on the lees for 9 months. Burgundy barrels, no new oak. Conversion to organic farming started in 2021
