Succulent and bright, such a thrilling sharpness to the lemon and lime fruit, super thrilling and intense, but softens and expands to give a lovely weight and overall frame. Fresh and well balanced, excellent definition and detail to the citrus and orchard fruit and long length with crystalline purity and wet stone nuances that are so delicious.

This has lift and focus, white pear, savoury, mouthwatering, orange zest, dill, citrus. Shows focus and character, with a cooling, mouthwatering edge of bitterness on this finish. Fermented and aged in barrel, no new oak.

The 2022 Grand Vin Sec offers vivacious green apple, white flower and wild peach scents on the nose. Fine delineation. The palate is well-balanced with crisp acidity. This is one of the more elegant dry Sauternes with a harmonious finish. A lovely wine.
