Several families followed one another at the head of the estate. The Paux-Rosset family will definitively guide the vineyard in a qualitative production. The crop mode is changed and the vines are fully re-seeded. The neighboring estate of Boède is farmed. With the help of the consulting oenologist Mr. Claude Gros, the vinification will be totally redesigned with the sole objective of quality.
