The 2017 BriO de Cantenac Brown is a plump, voluptuous wine to drink now and over the next few years. Super-ripe dark cherry, red plum, mocha, spice and new leather are all amped up in this sumptuous, Margaux. Drink it over the next handful of years.

Fruits noirs très purs, burlat, net, un peu plus de cabernet-sauvignon, c’est très juteux et pulpeux, très bonne fraîcheur, équilibrée.

The blend is 2017 BriO de Cantenac Brown is quite juicy and forward, with generous red berry, floral and spice notes. Plush in feel, with silky tannins, the BriO is a delicious second wine from Cantenac Brown that will drink well with minimal cellaring. The blend is 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.

This has a very pretty core of fruit to it. Medium to full body, soft tannins and a juicy finish. Well done for a second wine.
