A blend rich in Sémillon, the 2021 Les Arums de Lagrange offers up aromas of confit citrus, nectarine, pastry cream and white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, deep and chalky palate underpinned by lively acids. It's a terrific effort in what is a strong vintage for dry white Bordeaux.

Some grassy, subtle herbal edges on the nose with the crisp green fruits - smells like Sauvignon. Unctuous and lively, I love the shot of lime juice and zest you get together with the cool crushed stone minerality that cleans the tongue. Sharp but also well balanced with good overall acidity and structure. Great quality and very enjoyable. Eric Boissenot consultant.
