The 2015 Vrai Canon Bouché offers gorgeous aromatic lift from the Cabernet Franc to balance the Merlot. Freshly cut flowers, mint and red cherries are all woven together in this pretty, delicate Fronsac. Once again, this is terrific. Simon Blanchard consults since 2005 for Derenoncourt Consultants.
