Peyrabon 2021 is particularly enticing with its aromas of raspberry, red jujube, and garden rhubarb. The blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5.5% Petit Verdot creates multi-layers of spiciness. The soft tannins on the finish are very pleasant. Although it falls a bit short on concentration, its timid and innocent image as the girl-next-door is still adorable. The 2021 Peyrabon has a pleasant nose of blackberry and briar scents and a touch of cigar humidor. The palate is medium-bodied with a sour cherry entry, rather bitter on the midpalate, and missing some grip on the finish.
