A solid Pedesclaux for the vintage, with lots of blackcurrant and blueberry aromas and flavors. Full-bodied with medium-chewy tannins and a round texture. Racy and structured. Solid. 64% cabernet sauvignon, 27% merlot, 6% cabernet franc and 3% petit verdot.

Lots of cassis, graphite, and earthy minerality as well as some chocolaty notes emerge from the 2021 Château Pédesclaux, a medium-bodied, moderately concentrated, yet balanced and elegant 2021. It shows the purity and freshness of the vintage yet could use a touch more density and depth. Nevertheless, it could wind up being an outstanding wine. The blend is 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, pulled from 58% of the total production, and it's currently resting in 60% new barrels.

Un vrai plaisir avec l’échantillon déguisé à la propriété. Caractère violette typé, charme réel de texture, prise de bois parfaite. À notre sens, le vin plus fin à sa naissance que les 2018 et 2019.

Deep colour. Chinotto, bitter dark chocolate, blackcurrant aromas. Rich chocolaty palate with blackberry blackcurrant fruits, fine velvety textures, bittersweet flavours and a lovely chewy long finish. Very good density and mineral length. 64% cabernet sauvignon, 27% merlot, 3% petit verdot, 6% cabernet franc. Matured in 60% new French oak barriques. 12.97% alc

Although the fruity aromas are milder in the vintage of 2021s, the fragrances of violet and lavender of Pédesclaux are absolutely outstanding and attractive. A gentle swirl of the glass reveals the fascinating scents of "floral lady". In addition to maintaining its elegance, Pédesclaux 2021 is pretty skillful in oak aging. The velvety tannins not only soften the structure but also subtly add depth to the wine and prolongate a long way on the finish. Bravo to the pure naturalistic balance and elegance. ??2021???????????,?Pédesclaux??????????????????????,??“????”?????????“???”????,Pédesclaux 2021?????????????????????????????????,??????????????????????????????

Ripe, fresh, medium-bodied and already quite easy to taste, the wine is floral, with dark, red pit fruits and tobacco leaf to start things off in the nose. Medium-bodied, soft and polished, with flesh and freshness in the red fruits on the palate, give this just a year or two and and it should be quite a treat to taste.. The wine is a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. 13% ABV. Drink from 2024-2045. 91-93

The 2021 Pédesclaux is a blend similar to the 2018 and was picked September 24 to October 5. It has a pure, oyster-shell-tinged bouquet that opens nicely with aeration, hints of brine coming through. You can almost smell the Gironde in this Pauillac. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, very well balanced and precise. A mote of cracked black pepper enlivens the finish. This should age well in bottle.

The 2021 Pédesclaux presents strong Cabernet Sauvignon inflections to play off a core of dark red-fleshed fruit. Spice, menthol, tobacco and cedar follow, adding quite a bit of character to this flavorful, savory Pauillac.

Ziemlich dunkle Farbe.

Offering up notions of sweet berries, licorice, loamy soil and spices, the 2021 Pedésclaux is medium-bodied, lively and fine-boned, with a pretty core of fruit, supple tannins and a giving, expressive profile. It's a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot.
