Founder Estate Chardonnay - Beringer - 2014
Once ripe and picked, the fruit has undergone a fermentation in vats to preserve their purity. A small percentage of the grapes was aged in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels to add depth and a lush sensation in the mouth. Beringer Founders' Estate Chardonnay comes from selected vineyards throughout Central California and the north coast. The vines are bathed in sunlight during the day and cooled by the sea air in the evening, ensuring the regular maturation of the grapes.
