Coteaux du Layon 2016 - 1st Cru Thatched - Château de la Roulerie
The Castle of the Roulerie is located in the town of Saint Aubin de Luigné (49190). Its current configuration dates from the end of the 19th century but its origins go back to the 14th century. Today, it has 42 hectares (about 30 chenin and 12 cabernet franc) planted, for the most part, on shistose hillsides. The philosophy of this area? Respect ... of the earth, of history, of men.
