Clos des Rocs 2016 - Pouilly-Loché - Olivier Giroux
From a family winemaker for 7 generations, Olivier Giroux grew up in the vineyards of Fuissé. Between family domain and studies, he feels to be born a passion he will be vigneron. Greedy for new knowledge, he leaves for a few years in the south of France. From the direction of a Côtes du Rhône castle, he returned to his homeland to cherish a land that is dear to him. Today, this young winemaker spends all his energy to sublimate the Clos des Rocs, by a reasoned work of the vine and also by a careful vinification. With deep in it a single objective: to offer pleasure to the amateurs with its wines.
