The 2020 Cérès is a 100% biodynamic wine from Claire Villars-Lurton, a natural wine without any sulfur addition from a parcel within the Haut-Médoc. There are bags of fruit on the nose; to be honest, it’s not too distant from a fine Beaujolais in style. The palate is soft and plush, with just a touch of heat that blurs the finish somewhat. Sweet on the aftertaste, this slips down the throat with ease.
