Bramble fruits on the nose, this smells very autumnal. Great richness and concentration, real density and chew to the bright red fruits, you get the strawberry juice coming through and then black cherry. This is full, tannins are grippy and coat the mouth with a texture as if you're eating grape skins so a touch drying but also satisfying. Minerality too here, a chalky wet stone aspect to the palate. There's a lot going on right now - tannins and this textural element are quite dominant but this will be good in time and has a cool minty fresh finish that lasts. Buy but give this time.

Vignoble de 19ha avec une densité de plantation de 5500 à 6666 pieds/ha. Sol argilo-calcaire exposé plein sud pour 12ha, sud/sud-ouest pour 7ha. En 2019 il a été produit 49 000 bouteilles.
Pourpre violacé dense. Bouquet intense, complexe, marqué par des notes de baies noires et de cerises. Agréable touche de fraîcheur. En bouche, le vin a du corps. Il le doit à ses tannins compacts, aux grains fins et qui sont parfaitement intégrés. La structure est vive et racée. Elle favorise l’expression aromatique jusqu’en fin de bouche et donne du pep à l’ensemble du palais. Un vin qui a du tempérament et de l’avenir. 2024-2036
