A fascinating blend, with a bouquet of flowers, berries, nuts and mineral. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and pretty fruit. The wood comes through a little on the palate, but this is going to develop wonderfully. Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Mourvèdre. Best after 2011. 2,500 cases made.
