There is a hint of resin here, which heighten the citrus and herb theme and send this wine across the palate at pace. The fruit is lithe and linear and extremely tangy, and the oak does not, thankfully, put it off its mission. 17

This has a fresh and fruity palate with notes of pineapple, lemon and grapefruit. Medium-bodied and creamy. Some stone and herb character at the end, with excellent length and focus.

Sweet and fresh, round and plump, it must be the best Bouscaut white I have come across in recent years. Almost like a canned syrup yellow peach, it boasts a round, fresh, and delicious palate. Whereas, the special salty mineral notes give me the sense of the sea wave, one that carries the sweet lollipop aromas as well. ?????????,???????????????Bouscaut????????????,????????,?????????,??????,???????????,???????????????????

Bright, fresh and floral, this is like biting into a crisp Granny Smith apple with just squeezed lemons, lime and pomelo. The elegant, fresh, sweet, citrus in the finish lingers. Drink from 2023-2033. 91-93

Mittleres Gelb. Die Nase duftet intensiv nach Weinbergpfirsich und Kräutern, mit mehr Luft auch Grapefruit-Aromen, keinerlei Holzdominanz, dieses ist subtil im Hintergrund. Im Gaumen mit cremigem Auftakt, wird dann rasch saftig und frisch, die knackige Frucht und eine nervige Säure harmonieren, der Wein wirkt deutlich frischer und eleganter als in anderen Jahren, hallt lange nach, endet zitrisch und salzig. Agrumes, fruits blancs, fleurs de printemps, pêche blanche et poire pour un nez complexe, frais et élégant. Tendu, bel enrobage, de la matière pour un bel équilibre et un vin particulièrement charnu. Une belle expression du millésime.
