Lovely aromas, rose petals, violet and strawberries. Sleek and shiny, this has bright fruit with high acidity that gives energy and buzz to the expression. It’s clean and focused, really quite pure with tons of mineral aspects too - pencil lead, graphite and wet stone with some salty, iron touches too. It leans into the vintage, it’s not weighty, but there’s detail to this with tension and freshness. It might put on a bit of density during ageing. 25% new oak. 335pH. A yield of 38hl/ha.

Deep garnet-purple colored. Skips out with energetic notes of juicy raspberries and fresh cherries, plus hints of rose bud tea and fallen leaves. The light to medium-bodied palate is tightly wound with great tension and vivacity, finishing long and fragrant. Impressive!

Black raspberries, cassis, graphite, and crushed stone intermixed with a gorgeous floral character all emerge from this deep purple-hued effort. Based on 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, it's medium-bodied and concentrated, with ripe, polished tannins, a pure, seamless texture, and a serious, mineral-laced finish.

Good depth of fruit, showing dark cherries and violets. Pure and flavorful with medium to full body and a juicy, bright finish of good length. Some good potential here from this challenging year.

Tiefgründig, dunkelfruchtig, Brombeeren, Cassis, kühler Kamin, kalkig-mineralische Untertöne, darüber florale Noten; dichter Gaumen, sehr kompakt, markante Tanninstruktur, kalkig-pudrige Gerbstoffe, lebhafte Säure; rotfruchtig und mit wiederum salinem Ausdruck, langer Abgang. Im Jahrgangskontext eindrücklich, das grandiose Terroir spricht Bände.

The 2024 Tour Saint Christophe feels slightly overdone on the nose; I am looking for more restraint and composure. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannins, quite a structured Saint-Émilion, although it feels a bit forced on the finish at the moment.
