Wine Advocate 86 / 100 par Neal Martin le 28/10/2016 The 2014 La Fleur Peyrabon has plenty of smudged raspberry coulis and graphite scents on the nose, forward and just needing a little more clarity. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin, simple tobacco-tinged red fruit with an easy-going finish. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Tasted September 2016.
Le Point 16,5 / 20 par Jacques Dupont le 21/05/2015 Fruits rouges, tanins moelleux, très étoffé, épices, sanguin, bien vif, juteux, élevage délicat, complet. De 14 à 15 €.
Vinous 87-90 / 100 par Antonio Galloni le 11/05/2015 The 2014 La Fleur Peyrabon is a soft, pretty wine that will drink well pretty much upon release. Soft floral notes meld into red-fleshed fruits in a soft, mid-weight wine that shows the more gracious side of Pauillac. Red berry, flowers, citrus and white pepper add lift on the finish.
Wine Advocate 89-91 / 100 par Neal Martin le 30/04/2015 The Château La Fleur Peyrabon 2014 has commendable fruit concentration on the nose: blackberry, raspberry coulis and cedar notes developing in the glass, although they feels just a tad smudged at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, supple tannin. There is good weight on the mid-palate, a conspicuous layer of creamy oak but it is nicely integrated into the carapace of ripe red fruit that is all very–Margaux. While not the most famous name in Margaux, this is worth looking out for.
Asian Palate 87 / 100 par Jeannie Cho Lee MW le 20/04/2015 Balanced and delicious with ripe supple tannins and dark fruits. This is a well-made, lesser-known Pauillac that will be a great bargain and delicious drink.
Jancis Robinson 15,5 / 20 par Jancis Robinson le 17/04/2015 Blueish purple. Creamy nose but a bit tough and spiky on the palate. The fruit doesn’t seem fully ripe. Grainy and drying on the end. Ungenerous. Drink 2019-2025
