Blended of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 de la Cour d'Argent opens with fragrant rose hip and lavender scents over notions of black and red plums with a kirsch undercurrent. Medium-bodied with a firm structure of grainy tannins, it has understated fruit and a restrained finish.
