The basement in pure chalk gives the wine its finesse and the millerandage trend, with its small bunches ventilated, ensures a wonderful level of maturity. The Vigne aux Gamins, a vintage cuvée and a single varietal, preserves the typical terroir, the year and the natural aromas of Chardonnay.
