Les Illustres is the story of 8 winegrowers who have combined their know-how to give birth to this exceptional cuvée. A unique vintage that draws its energy through the silos dug by the Romans in the molasses rock of the Oppidum of Ensérune, illustrated archaeological site classified Monument National de France and including the vestiges of an ancient village.
