Friends for more than 20 years, Pierre-Emmanuel Racine-Jourden and Xavier d'Audiffret Pasquier grew up together in Normandy. They have the ambition to bring up to date the first alcoholic beverage consumed in the life of every young Norman who respects himself: Cider. Driven by the desire to offer a quality French artisan product and the desire for a return to the sources, they wish to promote a resolutely modern but forgotten product despite its many energy and taste qualities.
