The 2023 Le Rosé de Giscours is very pale salmon pink in color. It skips out with cheery notes of wild strawberries, raspberry leaves, and garrigue, followed by hints of red roses and white pepper. The medium-bodied palate has great intensity of red berry flavors with a crisp backbone and a long, peppery finish. Nice! This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from a dedicated plot of 15-year-old vines. Around 5,000 bottles were made.
