Pineau of the Charentes 17 ° 75 cl Drouineau

This pineau comes from the marriage of a cognac already aged and the grape juice selected to the property. This Pineau des Charentes presents golden reflections to amber. Its fine and elegant nose reveals fruity notes of fresh grapes, mirabelle and honey. Its attack is mellow and balanced. Flowing and round in the mouth, the aromas of fresh fruits with candies are well marked (peach, quince, mirabelle, apricot, ...). A harmonious length in the mouth leaves a fruity note. This white pineau perfectly accompanies foie gras, melon, desserts. You will appreciate it very fresh as an aperitif (between 8 ° and 10 °)
