Picpoul de Pinet - Domaine Delsol - 2017
Domaine Delsol is located on the banks of the pond Thau. The elephants erected on the studs of the domain refer to the 37 Elephants of Hannibal which made fold the Roman empire during the second Punic war. The elephants from Africa came back from Spain to go to the Alps and Italy to fight the Roman army. Only one of the 37 elephants arrived alive in Rome.
