The 2020 Mondot is more backward on the nose, with an impressive concentration of blackberry and bilberry fruit. Touches of cedar develop with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied and very smooth, though here, it may be a bit over-extracted, which denies the delineation and precision it needs on the finish. Hold it for another couple of years.
