Magnum Miraval Rosé 2017 - Côtes de Provence
TERROIR Miraval rosé comes from the best vineyards of the château, enjoying its own valley in the heart of Provence, as well as a selection of vineyards in the best terroirs of Provence. The soils are clay-limestone, partly terraced with an average altitude of 350 meters. The cool climate for the region and significant temperature variations between day and night allow to maintain perfect balances in the wines. VINIFICATION The grapes are mainly harvested in the morning, then sorted and scraped. Direct pressing for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. Syrah is vinified by bleeding. Winemaking in stainless steel tanks, under temperature control (95%) and in barrels (5%) with stirring.
