Wine Advocate 88-90 / 100 byNeal Martinthe4/30/2015 The Château du Glana 2014, a blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 44% Merlot, has quite a racy, exuberant bouquet with red cherries and cassis fruit, though I would have preferred more control and delineation here. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannin, plenty of sappy black fruit but feeling just a little abrupt on the finish. Not a bad Saint Julien overall and it may deserve a higher evaluation post-bottling.
