Ample, généreux et boisé, Larivet Haut-Brion en blanc est parti sur un grand pied ! La robe paille avec des arômes très caramel au lait du boisé mais qui passera. L'attaque est ample, le milieu de bouche joue la fraîcheur pour repartir vers le grand charme en finale avec des notes d'ananas et de pamplemousse.

Medium-bodied, pure, and layered on the palate, it offers beautiful concentration and impressive length.

Markante Reduktion im Duft, deutlich Feuerstein, burgundisch, funky; am Gaumen mit Druck und einer knackigen Frucht, sehr gute Säurestruktur, viel Rasse, kein einfacher Moment, diesen Wein zu verkosten, könnte mit dem Ausbau noch zulegen.

The 2024 Larrivet Haut-Brion Blanc comes across a little oaky on the nose at present, so the question is how well that will integrate during its élevage and in bottle. The palate is more peachy and tropical in style, which might lend it wider appeal, but I have encountered more complex vintages in recent years.
