Château Saint-Pierre in Pomerol, a beautiful gem to discoverThe Pradel family, working in the wine industry since 1740, owns this 3 hectare jewel located in the heart of the village of Pomerol and its eponymous appellation. The vines of the domain are planted on terroirs of a rare quality: four parcels located near the very prestigious domains of Pomerol, Fleur-Pétrus, Clinet, Trotanoy, Le Pin and Vieux Château Certan.
The wines of Château Saint-Pierre are imbued with a distinctive personality, a deft blend of power and finesse which combines the strengths of different terroirs.
II from Château Saint-Pierre, is the second wine from Château Saint-Pierre. It benefits from the same attention as the first wine and from the same infrastructures.
The 2023 Vintage:
The manual harvest was carried out on September 18th for the Merlot.
Tasting notes:
The nose is largely dominated by black fruits, accompanied by subtle floral notes. The mouthfeel is elegant and rounded, with a finish that features fine-grained tannins and a pleasant freshness.
