The World of Fine Wines

A very refined, finely gravelly Cabernet nose; beautifully balanced, full, lively in acidity,
with a nice concentration and a finely judged tannin; rich in juicy blackcurrant Cabernet, subtly gravelly in aroma, long and refined across the palate, a complex, subtle, and most rewarding Haut-Batailley with very fine, spicy aromatic length. A most polished, superfine Pauillac, by some way the best Haut-Batailley I can remember, an eye-opener to its origins under its new, Lynch-Bages, ownership.
