Carrying the high acidity and piercing mineral notes, this wine can refresh you with only a mouthful. I really admire the clean and pure expression of its fruity fragrances and the concentrated flavors in this vintage. The 2021 Grand Vin Sec from Doisy-Daëne has a perfumed nose of yellow flowers mixed with orange pith and light honeysuckle aromas. The well-balanced palate offers tangy orange peel mixed with grapefruit, a superb line of acidity and a penetrating, persistent finish. Superb.

Helles Gelb. In der Nase frisch, steinig, mit Noten von Apfel, Salzzitrone und Kräutern. Der Gaumen ist gut strukturiert, trocken, mit feiner Säure, knackiger Frucht und sehr guter Länge. Sehr, sehr gelungen. (Verkostet im April 2022. Dourthe)

Nez d'agrumes, un peu lierre, tilleul et légèrement fleurs de printemps. Le soufre est assez présent sur les échantillons. Un peu de sucres résiduels, de l'allonge, une belle trame crayeuse pour un ensemble citronné avec quelques notes d'amers en finale. Cette bouteille demande un peu de temps pour se fondre et elle pourrait réserver de belles surprises.
