The 2021 Le Comte de Malartic has a light, redcurrant- and wild strawberry-scented bouquet with just a touch of graphite. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, quite simple compared to other vintages with an easygoing, sour cherry-tinged finish.

A rather simple delivery of Pessac-Leognan with cherry stones, plums and some raw spices. Medium body and juicy on the palate. The tannins are fresh and still creamy. Nothing metallic here. Drink now.

The 2021 Le Comte de Malartic has a bright redcurrant and cranberry-scented bouquet, the 30% new oak nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, quite sharp acidity, fresh and crisp with crunchy dark berry fruit on the finish.
