A classy, slightly restrained, yet impressive effort, the 2019 Clos Du Clocher is deep purple/ruby-hued, with wonderful cassis fruits, notes of sappy herbs, flowers, and cedar, medium to full body, ripe yet certainly present tannins, and a great finish. The cellar will be your friend on this one, and I'd hide bottles for a good 5-6 years if possible. It will have 20-25 years of overall longevity.
