Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Cambon la Pelouse is scented of warm redcurrants, black cherries and cassis with hints of red roses, forest floor and bouquet garni. The medium-bodied palate delivers a good amount of straightforward red and black berry flavors, supported by chewy tannins and a lively backbone, finishing herbal.
