Domaine Chapuis relies on 170 years of family tradition and is located at the foot of the Corton hill in Burgundy. Claire and her brother Pierre represent the 6th generation. Since 2018, they manage the estate alongside their parents, Maurice and Anne-Marie. The estate has been passed on from generation to generation since 1850. Everything started when Pierre Pavelot bought the first vineyard plot of one hectare plus 0.60 hectares of Charlemagne with his brother.
The vineyard spreads over 11 hectares in Côte de Beaune around the Corton hill, with 8 Village, Grands Crus and Premiers Crus appellations, both red and white.

Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru is a blend of 3 Premier Cru plots: Les Vercots, Les Guérets, situated South of the village, which give its structure and its power, and Les Valozières, which has an Eastern aspect and is located just below the Grand Cru Corton Les Bressandes.
This location contributes to adding all the subtlety necessary to produce a well-balanced, concentrated, deep wine.
