The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon, a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9/% Petit Verdot and the rest Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, is a classic example of Pritchard Hill, Chappellet and of Napa Valley. Brilliant purity, a dense purple color, superb blackberry and floral-infused blueberry fruit and cassis, a full-bodied mouthfeel, moderate but sweet tannin and a long, layered, texture and finish make for a profound Cabernet Sauvignon that actually sells at a bargain price for what is in the bottle. Moreover, look for it to evolve graciously for another 20+ years. 94+
