Bright yellow colour with green hue. Elegant yet expressive nose, ripe grapefruit, lemon zest, hints of starfruit and granadilla, aromatic herbs and hints of vanilla in the background.
On the palate well structured with crisp acidity, juicy fruit, hints of aromatic herbs and a whiff of vanilla in the aftertaste. A well balanced with aromatic depth and a savoury and long aftertaste.

Juicy and enjoyable, an easy to recommend wine with exotic pink grapefruit, white peach and pear flesh. This is the special cuvée Caroline, I tasted the main estate wine also, and both show the brilliant consistency across the wines of this property, lime and citrus flavours, bright and light, with just the right acidity and richness mix.

The 2020 Cuvee Caroline leaps from the glass with notes of lemon drops, fresh grapefruit and lime cordial, plus wafts of yuzu and honeysuckle. Medium-bodied, the palate has a seriously racy backbone cutting through the intense citrus and savory layers, finishing with great length and a skip in its step.

A full-bodied white with very pretty density and intensity. Layers of fruit with dried apple, white pineapple and a lightly chewy, creamy texture. Serious this year. 65% sauvignon blanc, 30% semillon and 5% sauvignon gris.
