The 2013 Angelique de Monbousquet has pretty, brambly red berry fruit on the nose, surprisingly rounded for the vintage. The palate is medium-bodied with a rather pinched opening. There is modest weight in the mouth, a little hardness to contend with, leading to a balanced if slightly sour finish. Drink this over the next 3-4 years.
