Vanilla, candied citrus peel, honey, floral, lemon and crushed rocks on the nose. Full-bodied, rich and lush with ample freshness and a green apple, spicy lemon, vanilla, and candied grapefruit finish that is both fresh and refreshing. The wine, which reached 14.82% alcohol, was produced from a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, and 10% Sauvignon Gris. Aging will take place in a combination of foudre, concrete egg vats and new, French, oak barrels.
