Jura Yellow Wine - Château Chalon 2010 - Voyeur Vinicole from Voiteur
Located between Switzerland and neighboring Burgundy, the vineyard or "Revermont" means an 80-kilometer strip of land that crosses the Jura from north to south, from Salins les Bains to Saint Amour. One hundred communes and two hundred estates shape the landscape of this wine Jura located between the plain Bressane in the West and the first foothills Jurassien in the East. The Jurassien vineyard has a great diversity of terroir, it is composed of four geographical appellations: Côtes du Jura, Etoile, Château-Chalon and Arbois. The Voiteur Vinicultural Fruit Company, created in the late fifties, brings together about sixty vine growers for a total surface of 80 ha.
