From the beginning, Penfolds Koonunga Hill has always been about providing quality, value and consistency. The original Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet from 1976 is a mythical wine that is still drinking well today. Many bottles are still brought to the Penfolds Clinic to refill red wines by collectors who know its quality and longevity. In its short "contemporary" history the Seventy Six label has already won many competitions and the Penfolds winemaking team is convinced that the 2014 vintage will reach the same quality and meet the same expectations as its predecessors.
