The 2014 Les Clés de Saint-Pierre is initially quite powerful, then finds its focus in the glass with a bit of air. A big, rich wine, the Clés de Saint-Pierre offers notable depth and intensity. Smoke, black fruit, savory herbs and leather are all super-expressive in the glass. Today, the 2014 is a bit raw and not fully formed. This is the first vintage for the château's second wine, and things are clearly still a work in progress.
