G of Guiraud - Bordeaux 2017

On August 24th, the G harvest begins slowly. They are extremely early and the disparity in the maturation of the plots makes the first sort complex. After a short break in the dry white harvest, the last passages are made between September 6th and 8th. The first observations are remarkable, each batch reveals perfectly balanced juices with intense vivacity. After several months of aging, the wine has gained aromatic complexity, freshness and elegance.
