Great shiny green gold. Quite a low key nore with a hint of green leaves. Very noable with a realy undertow of structure. This is a wine that showed itself all at the end rather than the beginning of the tasting process. Lovely sap and energy. Bravo! Very persitent

Humidity caused some viral problems in the vineyards, including some corte noue. Very closed on the nose, but with some coaxing that limestone and granite scent comes forth, then some apple-blossom and a touch of gun smoke. The palate of powerful and citrus-like with a touch of honeysuckle, tending towards a slightly unctuous, spicy finish. A gregarious wine with great breeding and verve. Drinking 2012-2018. Tasted January 2007.
