The 2019 Grand Vin Sec from Doisy-Daëne has a lovely peachy, yellow plum and almond scented bouquet that displays superb intensity. The palate is well balanced with a tang of sour lemon on the entry, fine depth with touches of orange zest and lime on the finish. Very promising.
