Blond beer magnum 8.5 ° 1.5 L Duvel

The benchmark among specialty blond beers, the champagne of beer with its unique brewing process of 90 days. Duvel still serves as a reference among the strongest blondes. These are the most noble kinds of hops used in the production process that give the Duvel this spicy bouquet that goes up to the nose accompanied by its citrus note slightly pulling on the grapefruit. This is also reflected in its perfectly balanced taste with a slight spicy touch. Thanks to its high content of CO2, the beer reveals a divine roundness in the mouth. A Duvel can be enjoyed as a thirst-quencher as well as an aperitif. And all that closes on a full and dry end of mouth.

Begun in 1871 with the opening of the Moortgat Brewery, the wise Duvel continued throughout the 20th century. The name "Duvel" comes from the expression used in 1918 by the coordinator of the village, surprised by the very powerful taste of this beer.From 1923, its commercialization will be made only under this name.The Moortgat family invests continuously in the brewery to guarantee a perfect beer quality, which is one of the reasons why Duvel is considered worldwide as the reference for special beers with bottle refermentation.
