Shows dark chocolate and berry aromas, with hints of Indian spices and flowers. Medium-bodied, offering pleasant fruit and delicate tannins. Second wine of Nenin. Best after 2012.

This is reticent on the nose with faint hints of blackberry leaf with a touch of violets. There is good concentration on the palate, fine tannins, quite spicy with blackberries, red cherry with a touch of pencil lead on the dry finish. Lacks a little length, but this is perfectly respectable given the vintage. Tasted April 2008.

Second wine of Ch Nénin. Dark crimson. Lively, sappy, round and sweet. Mellifluous. Well done! A little bit tired on the palate but not bad. Dead end but pretty good up to then.
