Robe profonde. Nez magnifique. Fruité intense. Entrée en bouche souple. La texture est suave. Léger creux en milieu de bouche et finale sur une tannicité fine et fruitée. Robe dense. Très jolie présentation aromatique avec un fruité intense et mûr. Corps élégant, bien dessiné, au tanin croquant et fruité avec une belle extension finale.

The 2015 Poujeaux is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. It has a high-toned, floral bouquet with kirsch and raspberry coulis notes, opulent for this Moulis, but it manages to retain control. The palate is chewy on the entry with mouth-coating tannin, solid in the mouth, brutish at the moment, although the finish does show satisfactory freshness, and is long and minerally. This will be intriguing once in bottle. Drink 2020-2035

Dried pit fruit; vanilla and herbs on the nose. The wine is medium full bodied with plummy fruit character and sandy tannins in the finish. From a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot; 6% Petit Verdot and 2%Cabernet Franc, the wine reached 13.5 alcohol.

Belle intensité, fruit rouge et noir, tannin puissant mais mûr, belle longueur et volume, bon équilibre. Solide et robuste, avec une véritable maturité de tannin. Belle allonge. Un des plus réussis de l’histoire récente du château et un classique du secteur.

Sattes Purpur-Granat, dicht in der Mitte, lila Schimmer aussen. Viel reife Kirschen, aber auch etwas blättrige Noten, schwarze Pfefferkörner und ein Hauch von Zedern, gibt sich eher kühl in seiner Ausstrahlung. Im Gaumen stoffig und auch schon recht charmant, tolle Würze im Extrakt, lange Rückaromatik. Von der Nase her war ich nicht sofort begeistert - im Gaumen überzeugte er aber dann doch fraglos. 18/20 2024 – 2041
